Home again,

Dear Loved ones,

I am safe home again. Nona picked me up at the airport last night and brought me to my house. Jim has picked up all my mail, so thanks to all who sent cards and gifts for my birthday. Jim came by this morning and now we will have an opportunity to 'have some nice shelves' made by him.

We will work out our plan soon.
Hope all is well. I wish I was still in Virginia.

This was a gift for my birthday.......

I am here in Washington with the whole country celebrating my birthday. For those who need to know, it is none of your business!
To others, I am now a year younger. Here at this 'white colored house' I am sure they want me right over for cake and ice cream!!!!
So eat it!!!!!!

Guess what is behind me!! (what memorial?) Also at this same place stood one man named "Forest Gump".
I stood right where he stood before!!! Now guess that!!!

Behind this wreath it says 'Idaho'. This is to represent the W.W.2 memorial area. Of course I had to stand in front of Idaho as it represented all our soldiers. ( and my dad)

So I went on in here and talked it over with Abraham. We were working it all out!!!

Anyone with a brain.......

1. E-mailed Cammi
2. Went to the Bank
3. Drove to Nampa and found a house where one of our Tenants who is not paying us is staying (So we could serve her court papers today, thanks to Jim)
4. Brought a Bake at home Pizza home for dinner. (yummy)
5. Went on line to find a web site I have been wanting to see
6. Read my book before bed.
7. Laughed out loud while I was in bed.
8. Went over things we were grateful for, (Jeff and I)

1. Thai Pad House (it is really fun if you take mom along, she loves it there)

3. Pizza, I can't remember the place but Leslie takes us there and they have a great lunch buffet.

Quirks....

Kimber thinks I should reveal to the world all my quirks, ( acutally I think she asked for six). The thing is I am so old that they are just part of my life and I am not sure that I can pick them out. If you asked my kids they keep a very specific list.... But, OK, I will try.

1. When things are going tough I tend to stop communicating, I don't write or call ( or blog). There are some bad things that have come from that. I guess that is my way of hiding or some deep pyschological thing like that. (OK, there is one)

2. I love girlfriends. I love to talk, catch up, commiserate. I love to know that I have girlfriends.

3. I clean in spurts. I don't know if is my busy work schedule but sometimes I set the timer and just give myself 5 or 10 minutes a room to know that it is just a little better than it was before. That way I can go on and finish things on my list.

4. Oh yeah. I wake up with a list in my head. On some days I write it down and then I really do move faster to get things done.

5. Can't stop biting my nails. I know I need to stop but haven't figured out how to do it.

6. Ummm...... one more........ is this a quirk??? when I have a lot on my mind I like to sit down to the piano and just play..... It seem to clear my head. Some of my kids remember going to bed and listening to me play......

OK, there you go. I am sure some of these are not considered real quirks, check with my kids, the list is still alive.
